Hull Brown Drip Salt & Pepper Shakers - Mushrooms
Very cool set of mushroom salt and pepper shakers by Hull Pottery in brown drip. The salt shaker (left) is 3 3/4" tall and has a manufacture blemish on the underneath side of the cap (see pic) and the pepper shaker is 3 3/4" tall and has no cork.

Old Morgantown Ruby Red Federal Patio Light #9913
This striking ruby red vase was made by Morgantown Glass (1899 - 1971) during the 1960's. It is part of the Morgantown Decor Line - Federal Patio Light #9913. Perfect for a candle or flowers - or striking enough to stand alone.
It measures 8 1/2" tall with an opening of 4 1/4". Condition is excellent with just light scuffing on the bottom. |

This is a nice Blenko vase designed by Joel Myers in 1964, item #64D. This particular vase was made between 1968 and 1969, the only two years the lemon yellow color was in production.

The Beatles Pendant Bracelet - Yeh Yeh Yeh
This is a NICE Beatles pendant bracelet, circa 1964. An original official US NEMS merchandise gold finish 1" diameter enamelled Beatles band portrait pendant with gold finish clasped bracelet chain. The bracelet is a 6" chain and the clasp works perfectly.
The back of the pendant is marked "Yeh, Yeh, Yeh NEMS ENT LTD". Condition is very good - the enamelled portrait is clean and clean, there is normal age wear on the gold tone jewelry.

Blenko Pitcher #544 in Charcoal
This is a nice pitcher made by Blenko Glass during the 1950s. It is pitcher #544 and the color is charcoal gray with clear applied handle.
It measures 10 1/4" tall, 8" wide at widest point. This color was used in the 1950s. The pitcher is in good condition with no cracks or chips. There are a few bubbles and some swirls in the glass, normal scuffing on the bottom from age. There is a small blob of extra clear glass near the lip where the glass was used to apply the handle. |

Daddy's Love & Other Poems by Underhill - Blind Writer
This listing is outside my normal range of vintage offerings - but too good to ignore! This is what I believe to be a rare book written by black author, Irvin W. Underhill, Blind Verse Writer. It was published by A.M.E. Book Concern which was a black-owned publishing firm that provided opportunities for black writers to have their work published at a time when white publishing firms published few books by black authors.
I believe the condition of the book to be good with wear all around the edges - see pictures. The first page contains a picture of a black man, presumably Irvin Underhill. It looks like it has been lightly glued into the crease of the book onto the cover page. This has caused the first page to tear. Of interesting note is the signature "Irvin Underhill" on the cover page in pencil script. A signed first edition book??? All other pages intact.
Some poems of interest are "Elegy to Dr. Booker T Washington", "To The Colored Soldier" and an autobiographical poem that tells of Underhill's life. |

McCoy Fish Shaped Baking Dish #9380
Seldom seen, this is a McCoy fish shaped baking dish/casserole in green drip (avacado green). It is the large size #9380 as pictured in Warman's McCoy Pottery by Mark Moran.
No cracks or chips, only the normal McCoy flaws such as glaze misses and a few glaze blips. Measures 12 5/8" long, 10 3/4" wide and 2 3/4" deep.
There are a few minor scratch marks from use. It is a heavy dish weighing in at over 4 pounds!
While this dish is meant to be used as a casserole, I think it would be fun to use as a party bowl and fill it with fish crackers! Sweet! |

Blenko Balloons Vase #828L
Another fun design by Blenko Glass in the Balloons specialty line designed in 1982 by Don Shepherd and made two years. This is a large round balloon shaped vase in antique green with tangerine swirled stripes although they appear brown. The lip is shaped like the end of a balloon.
Measures 11 1/2" tall, 9" wide.
There are no cracks or chips and the glass is free of cloudiness. There are quite a few bubbles in a variety of sizes. Very cool vase!

Heisey #1522 Standing Pony - Standing Colt
This adorable crystal pony was made by Heisey glass between 1941 and 1952. He is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips - clear, clean glass with only a tiny bit of scuffing on the bottom of the base from shelf sitting. He is clearly marked with the diamond H Heisey mark.
Measures 5 1/8" tall, 2 1/4" wide, 1 1/2" deep. Sweet!! |

Blenko #607 Vase in Jonquil
A nice vase designed by Wayne Husted for Blenko Glass in 1960 and made for 3 years. The color is a bright yellow - jonquil. Condition is great with no cracks or chips. There are a couple of tiny blips in the glass and tool marks along the bottom of the crimped edge. It is leaning some, not straight. The bottom is marked with the appropriate Blenko mark.
Measures 9 3/8" tall, 3 5/8" wide. |
