Platter, Sascha Brastoff, Alaska platter painted by Matt Adams. This exquisite piece measures 13 3/4" by 8 1/4". The gray/taupe seal is pictured against a white (ice) background and a beautiful blue sky. Circa 1962-1973, the platter is in mint condition. It is signed "Sascha B".

Candy Dish, Amber Glass, Swan. This lovely swan measures 6 1/2" from head to tail and 4" across. The main body of the swan is designed with ridges that look like the sun's rays. The head and arched neck are clear amber. Other than a little rough spot on the outside wing of the swan, the piece is in very good condition.

Open Compote, Amber Glass, Hand Blown. This pretty compote is 8 1/4" tall, 6 1/4" wide at the bowl area, and 4" at the top opening. It's beautifully detailed with a scalloped edge and the pedestal stem is clear glass shading into a gorgeous deep amber at the upper and lower edges. It has the pontil mark. There is a slight abrasion on one side of the bowl which has to be felt rather than seen. Otherwise it's in great condition.

Cookie Jar, Feed Sack, American Bisque, 9 1/2" tall. Made in 1958, this hard-to-find cookie jar is designed to look like an old feedsack. The words "Cookie Jar" are cold-painted on the front with some decorative flowers. American Bisque was in business in Williamstown, West virginia from 1919 to 1982. They made many fine cookie jars during that time. This jar's age is reflected with the usual crazing and some small loss of the cold paint on the front. It has the three wedges typical of American Bisque cookie jars (see last photo). It is in good condition.

Vase, Andre R., Made in Japan. This lovely bud vase is 5" tall. It is a beautiful wine color with two lavender gold-outlined flowers decorating the side. The top is trimmed in silver and the interior and bottom are white. Excellent condition. It has a paper label.

Collector Plate, Anna Perenna Inc., by Artist Thadeus Krumeich, "Hickory", "Tick Tock Clock" Series. This is a 7 3/4" plate. It is no. 113 in the world edition of 5,000. It is painted by North American Artist Thadeus Krumeich, and signed by him both as Thadeus Krumeich and "Uncle Tad". It was hand crafted in Bavaria, Germany in pure metallic oxide colors. Mint condition - it has only been displayed.

Ashtray, Vee Jackson, circa 1946-76. This exquisite light green leaf/heart shaped ashtray is 6 1/2" wide and 7 1/4" long. It has two large gold apples resting on a bed of leaves trimmed in gold. The body of the ashtray is speckled with gold dots and has a gold design as well as gold trim. It has 3 indentations for cigarettes. The piece is in excellent condition and marked "Pasadena Vee Jackson California".

Rectangular Bowl, Fitz & Floyd, 1977. This bowl measures 5" by 7". It sits on four round legs that are 1/2" high. It is a lovely ivory color and in excellent condition. The bottom has the Fitz & Floyd mark and "MCMLXXVII".

Basket Vegetable/Salad Bowl, Vintage Fitz & Floyd, 2 1/2 qt., 1989. This bowl measures 4 1/2" tall by 8 1/2" in diameter. It has a basket weave pattern and the handles are eggplants. There are several little fleabites around the edge. It is otherwise in very good condition and is marked "FF 1989 2 1/2 Qt" & also has the remnants of a label.

Shallow bowl, Fitz & Floyd, very decorative, flowered. A marvelous example of the fine quality produced by the Fitz & Floyd company. The bowl measures 9 1/4" in diameter and is in mint condition. It is marked FF. (See photo).

Chip & Dip Ceramic Dish, Vandor, Betty Boop, 2000, Retired. This hand-made relish tray measures 12" by 8 3/4". Betty, on her motorcycle, is embossed on the bottom of the platter. The big headlight is the dip dish. It is marked "Betty Boop King Features Syndicate etc." (see photo). New in box (box is slightly damaged). The original price of this dish was $59.99.

Salt & Pepper Shakers, Blue Ridge, Blossom Top. They measure approximately 5" tall. They are in good condition. No stoppers. They are not chipped, fractured, or crazed. They have a few small light brown under-the-glaze stains but are otherwise in very nice vintage condition. They are unmarked. See pictures!

This low bowl by Sorcha Boru measures 7" by 5". Sorcha Boru Ceramics was in business in San Carlos, California between 1932 to 1955. The pieces are now very rare and collectible. This pale green little bowl has a hairline crack on one end (see photo). Other than that it's in good condition and signed on the bottom.

Bowl, Lenox, 6" in diameter and 2 1/2" deep. This lovely small bowl is white trimmed in gold. It has a gold design on the inside of the bowl with the word "champion" written in the circle. The piece is in mint condition. It is marked "Lenox made in U.S.A.".

Low Bowl, by Los Angeles Pottery, signed by Laurie Gates, 13" by 8" by 1 1/2" deep. Higher at its two ends, this beautiful Laurie Gates low bowl is done in a splattered green on white color. The edges are scalloped which creates a lovely effect. There is a small factory imperfection--a spot on one edge where the glaze is dull. Other than that the piece is in excellent condition.
