Cup and Saucer, Shenango China, Morning Glory pattern. This lovely rare vintage cup and saucer is decorated with morning glories around the upper side of the cup and the edge of the saucer. CONDITION: One saucer has a hairline. The other set is in very good condition. The set with the hairline will be reduced to $5. They all have the Shenango China mark.

Civil War Historical Plate by Shenango. This fascinating red transfer ware plate measures 10" in diameter. In the center, on a cream-white background, is a picture of the soldiers in a forest holding their guns and putting up a flag, with the dates of the famous battles from Bull Run in July, 1861 to Appomattox in April, 1865 displayed around the edge. Some of the pictures around the outer edge of the plate are of the cavalry, infantry, naval and artillery forces that participated in the war. The plate is trimmed in gold and is in excellent condition. The mark on the back is a parchment with the words, "The War Between The States. An original and authentic design commemorating the great Civil War 1861 - 1865. Shenango China, Inc. New Castle, Penns."

Plate, Shenango, Carlton Shape, M-28. This plate is 10 3/4" in diameter. It has a raised laurel rim and is trimmed in gold with a band of dark blue around the center. It's never been used. It has the Shenango China Interpace mark and a Shenango China Display Sample label still attached (see photo).
